Player training and development doesn’t end at the close of an amateur career. As clients transition to playing professionally and even after, they can benefit from continued growth and development. This wide range of training and development options, along with GDA’s dedicated support staff, is available to clients throughout their playing careers. Our professional players have access to our entire support team through a convenient player management app.
Every year, GDA Management hosts a 3-day development camp at Hollydell Arena in Sewell, NJ. This mini-development camp is open to junior, NCAA, and professional players, run by current and former NHL and AHL coaches, that includes Spiros Anastas. Focusing on the key elements players need to succeed in hockey, our camp emphasizes skating, systems and coaching, shooting, and specific goalie skills. We also address nutrition, the mental side of the game (on- and off-ice strategies), and strength and conditioning testing. For a complete experience to our players, we hold detailed presentations from top NHL staff members to help create a second to none training camp environment.
